Cloud Automation Engineer & Python Developer @ TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES

  • Developed and maintained multiple automation workflows deployed on Google App Engine, Cloud Foundry, and Microsoft Power Platforms, processing 25 different automated tasks every minute, significantly improving availability and reliability for both the cloud-native apps and infrastructure.
  • Developed 20 Django Rest Framework APIs that act as webhooks for triggering on-demand tasks.
  • Developed and deployed a lightweight Flask application that exposes 25 administrative and repetitive tasks that can be performed on the server, on all cloud compute components.
  • Deployed and managed cloud infrastructure for data platforms: StreamSets host for about 6,000 data pipelines and Confluent Kafka host for about 16 TB of data moving 2 GB per minute in multiple cloud environments, such as Google Cloud and Azure Cloud, spread across 180 compute servers.
  • Acted as the administrator for both StreamSets and Kafka, overseeing system performance, security, and troubleshooting, supporting 40 different tenets in the organization.
  • Designed and implemented automation solutions for reducing the manual efforts spent on non-technical tasks, using Power Automate and custom email processors built with Django on Outlook.
